Competitive Pay
State Fire determines your level of pay based on your previous work experience. You also receive paid holidays and paid time off while working with us.

After 60 days of employment, all full-time employees have the option of opting into health insurance plans and a 401K retirement plan with company match. State Fire pays a portion of our employees’ medical costs and also offers a range of voluntary options, such as life insurance, disability, hospital confinement, and more.
Training & Education Opportunities
On day one, you can start earning wages and gaining on-the-job experience to put towards technical certifications. Employees who have met our qualifications can later apply for company-sponsored license programs.
